この度は「❒³LE：最低限のシェルター空間」国際コンペにご参加いただきました皆様、ありがとうございました。
Thank you for your participation in the “❒³LE: Minimal Shelter Space” international competition.
本コンペは500名以上、50ヶ国以上からご登録いただき、さらに1次審査には運営の想像を超える大変素晴らしいご提案を114作品もいただきました。これにて審査も予定時間を大幅に超えるほど大変難しいものでありました。
This competition has received over 500 registrations from over 50 countries and received 114 submissions full of variety and wonderful ideas with heart. As such, the jury session was extremely difficult and has taken much longer than initially anticipated.
この度は厳正な審査の結果、2022年1月22日（土）に行われます最終審査会に以下のご提案を選出させていただきましたことをご報告申し上げます。

1次審査について
1st Stage Judging criteria
1次審査は本コンペの趣旨に添い、以下の項目に着目して行われました。
1．製作における現実性（製作に関わる業者数を含む）
2．材料の確保と加工性
3．組み立てやすさ（組み立て時間）
4．四季を通した快適性（床があるなど）
5．展開性（例：単体での活用の他、組み合わせて使えるなど）
6．安全性（余震による落下物等から守られるか
7．部品、材料の数と複雑性
8．重量
9．普段時の活用、再利用性、リサイクル性
10．耐候性
11．美観と多様性
12．収納性
13．流通ロジスティックス
14．避難フェーズに合わせた展開性
15．組み立て時と使用時におけるコミュニケーション力
Judging for the 1st stage focused on the following criteria.
2. possibility to source local materials and skills for production,
3. ease of assembly (e.g. assembly time),
4. comfort during all seasons (e.g. availability of floor for winter),
5. flexibility of configuration and use (roof, to allow independent use from overall shelter)
6. safety (during frequent aftershocks, protection against falling elements),
7. number of parts and different materials, complexity,
8. overall weight,
9. intermediate use (in non-disaster times), reusability, recyclability
10. longevity under different climatic conditions,
11. aesthetics and variability,
12. storage,
13. distribution system and logistic considerations,
14. possibility of gradual, phased assembly,
15. facilitation of communication and collaboration during assembly and use."
最終審査会について
Final jury session
2022年1月22日（土）13時より仙台フォーラス7階、ギャラリー「EVEN」にて開催いたします。最終審査に進まれた案にはそれぞれ5分間、発表していただき、質疑を経て、審査員による投票で各入賞者を選定いたします。
The final jury session will be held on January 22nd, 2022 from 1 pm (Japan Standard Time) at Sendai Forus 7th floor, gallery “EVEN”. Each proposal will have 5 minutes for presenting their ideas to the jury followed by the Q&A session. After all the proposals are presented, the Jury will vote to select the winners.
最終選考会に進まれた皆さま、そして佳作に選ばれました皆さま、おめでとうございます。世界中から心温まる数多くのご提案に大変感激しております。
日本に居られる皆さまには是非、仙台まで足を運んで頂き、パネルの展示、最終に進んだ案の実作を見ていただければ幸いに存じます。会場にお越しいただくのが難しい皆さまはオンラインにて最終審査会にご参加頂ければ幸いです。皆さまと避難所の極限な環境について有意義な意見交換が出来ることを楽しみにしております。
Congratulations to all the finalists and honorable mentioned. We are deeply moved by many heartfelt ideas we received from all over the world. For those in Japan, we hope you will join us for the final jury session, and see the exhibition panels and actually built ideas. And for many who can only join online, we hope to see you there to have a fruitful discussion and exchange of ideas on this issue of the spatial condition under extreme evacuation situations.
