木造仮設住宅の再利用に向けて

東日本大震災から6年以上が経過し、ようやく各県による仮設住宅の払下げが行われるようになりました。ヒトレンでは、日本建築家協会と福島県南会津町の建築事務所、はりゅうウッドスタジオさんと一緒にこれら仮設住宅の有益な再利用を模索しております。今回は福島市北幹線第一応急仮設住宅地を視察し、その後に県庁にて福島県の仮設住宅の状況を伺いました。福島市北幹線第一応急仮設住宅地はプレハブのものから複数の木造仮設住宅が建ち並んでいます。ここの仮設住宅は6年が経過しようとしているものにしては状態が良いと思われました。

6 years since The Great East Japan Earthquake, we have finally come to the stage where Prefectural governments are beginning to dismantle the temporary housing units. At Alliance for Humanitarian Architecture, with Japan Institute of Architects and Architecture firm Haryu Wood Studio from Minamiaizu town, are currently looking into working together to seek effective ways to reuse these temporary homes than to leave them to become waste. Today, we visited one of the temporary housing complex in Fukushima City. This complex includes pre-fabs, as well as several variations of wooden temporary homes. The conditions of these units were surprisingly well considering they have been used for nearly 6 years.
